How can students have fun while developing critical thinking skills? Q-learning\u2019s chess program provides exactly that! Whether you are a beginner just starting out, or an intermediate or advanced player, there is a course suited for you.<\/p>

Beginner Level: \nStudents learn the basics of the chessboard and pieces, including King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Pawn, and their movements. We explore the difference between check and checkmate, how to test the opponent\u2019s king when ahead, and common strategies to start a game effectively.<\/p>

Intermediate & Advanced Levels: \nStudents study tactics and strategies used to win games, including forks, pins, skewers, deflection, and decoys. Lessons emphasize practical application and deeper understanding of opening strategies. Students also analyze historical chess games to see how masters achieve victory.<\/p>

At all levels, classes are interactive, using chess puzzles to practice and reinforce strategic thinking.
