Q-Learning Institute

Founded in 2008, Q-Learning Institute has been dedicated to sharing the beauty of Chinese civilization while embracing the best of Eastern and Western cultures.

We believe that quality education comes first and that schools and families should work hand in hand. To ensure the highest teaching standards, we follow a rigorous three-step hiring process — résumé review, structured interview, and trial teaching with parent involvement. Every teacher is either an Ontario-certified teacher or a seasoned educator from China or abroad.

Outstanding Competition Results

Q-Learning Institute has served for many years as an official test center for the University of Waterloo Math Competitions and Mathematica Contests. Our students have consistently earned top 10% and top 5% honors in Ontario respectively. In Chinese language education, our students have achieved remarkable results, winning provincial and national awards in competitions such as the Panda Cup Essay Contest and the Three Constants Knowledge Competition.

Registered with the Ontario Ministry of Education

In 2014, we were officially approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education as a registered private credit-granting school, authorized to admit international students. Over the years, we have received multiple commendations and letters of appreciation from the Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal governments, as well as the Chinese Consulate-General in Toronto.
