Award Ceremony
Every early summer, faculty, staff, and students of the Qijia Group gather together to hold the annual awards ceremony, celebrating and showcasing the year’s accomplishments. Federal and Ontario legislators, along with officials from the State Council’s Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and consulates, attend the event to recognize and highly praise the Group’s outstanding achievements.
Celebration
The Qijia Group’s annual New Year Gala is held each spring to thank clients and look forward to the year ahead. During the event, the Group invites distinguished guests and organizes a series of engaging activities, including networking and information sharing, helping to expand industry connections and build a platform for communication. Together, participants celebrate the passing year and welcome the new one, marking a perfect conclusion to the year.
Competitions
Q-learning Institute fosters a strong culture of academic competitions. As an officially designated exam center for major contests such as the Waterloo Math Competitions, the school actively organizes various internal and external competitions. Both teachers and students enthusiastically participate, achieving outstanding results and showcasing the Academy’s high-level teaching and research accomplishments with a blend of experience and youthful energy.
Open Class
With a strong teaching faculty, Q-learning Intitute regularly holds open classes across various subjects to showcase the expertise of their distinguished teachers. These sessions attract large numbers of parents and students, many of whom enroll shortly after attending. At the same time, these open classes serve as part of the school’s routine teacher evaluations. The attention and participation from parent committees and the wider community motivate teachers to stay inspired and continuously improve.
