Mr. Nathan Dalglish
Q-Learning Academy – English Reading and Writing Teacher
Mr. Nathan Dalglish is a highly trained English educator with strong academic credentials and broad teaching experience across Ontario. He holds a Master of Arts in English from Carleton University and Bachelor of Arts with Honours Specialization in English Language & Literature from the University of Western Ontario—two of Canada’s leading institutions for humanities.
Nathan has taught at the university level as a Teaching Assistant at Carleton University, where he supported students in analytical reading, essay composition, and academic research. His experience in higher education allows him to bring university-level literacy expectations into his teaching practice, giving high school students a significant advantage in essay writing, critical thinking, and senior-level English performance.
Beyond university teaching, Nathan has several years of experience working with students aged 6–17 ,focusing on reading comprehension, structured writing, argument development, and communication skills. He is known for his clear, methodical, and student-centred approach, making complex English concepts easy to understand and apply.
