Join our 8 themed camps led by Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT) and top students from the University of Toronto and University of Waterloo to spark your child's infinite potential.

At Q-learning, our Summer Camp aims to develop students' curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

Each week features a different themed curriculum that integrates academic enrichment, hands-on exploration, and collaborative learning. Students will explore fields such as technology, leadership, robotics, math, and art while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

All courses are led by Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT) and assisted by outstanding interns from the University of Waterloo and University of Toronto, providing a safe, professional, and inspiring learning environment.
We utilize a small-class teaching model, to ensure every student receives personalized attention, builds friendships, and enhances teamwork skills.

Weekly Theme Programs

In addition to the weekly theme, the fun reading activities also incorporate art and design, pottery, handicrafts, LEGO building, sports, and games, aiming to promote students' diverse development.

Week 1: Stage Performance Camp
July 6 – July 10
This week guides students to explore rhythm, movement, and artistic expression. Students will learn complete dance choreography under professional guidance, while improving their coordination, musicality, and stage presence. They will complete dance combinations in teamwork, gradually building confidence for public performance. Through creative practice and rehearsals, students will also learn how to convey stories and emotions through danceThe course concludes with a mini-stage showcase, allowing students to present their achievements from the week to parents and peers.
Week 2: AI & Tech Exploration Camp
July 13 – July 17

In this future-oriented camp, students will explore the world of Artificial Intelligence and modern technology.Through hands-on projects, they will learn the basic concepts of AI, coding, and robotics.

Course Content:
 • AI fundamentals

 • Creative Tech Projects

Focuses on computational thinking and logic, and builds the foundation for future.

Week 3: Future Leaders Camp
July 20 – July 24

Designed to cultivate communication, leadership, and confident expression.

Through interactive lessons and team activities, students will learn:
• Public Speaking
• Debate Basics
• Logical Expression
• Fun reading
• Teamwork

Through discussion and practice, students will continuously enhance their critical thinking and expression skills. At the conclusion of the course, students will complete a speech or presentation projectto showcase everything they have learned throughout the week.

Week 4: Innovation Lab
July 27 – July 31

In the Innovation Lab, students think like engineers and inventors.Using STEM challenges and engineering projects, they will learn design thinking and engineering logic.

Course Content:
• Engineering design
• STEM Challenge Tasks
• Innovative Structural Building
• Team Collaboration Projects

Through hands-on practice, students will cultivate creativity, logical reasoning, and collaborative skills.

Week 5: Math & Logical Thinking Camp
August 4 – August 7 (4-Day Week)

Drawing inspiration from North American Math Competitions, the course uses exploratory learning to help students experience higher-level mathematical thinking in a fun environment.

Course Content:
• Patterns and Logical Reasoning
• Creative Solving: Escape Room
• Puzzles, Boardgames
• International Chess
• Team Collaboration Challenges

This course is perfectly suited for students who enjoy critical thinking, exploring patterns, and tackling challenging problems.

Week 6: LEGO Robotics Competition Training Camp
August 10 – August 14

⚠️ Targeted to students planning to participate in robotics competitions.

Designed for students preparing for the FIRST LEGO League (FLL) . Teams will design, build, and program robots to complete specific competition tasks.

Students will work in teams to design, build, and program robots to complete specific competition tasks.

The training includes:
• Robot Structural Design
• Programming and Logic Control
• Task Strategy Planning
• Engineering Problem Solving

Week 7: Robotics Competition Training (Advanced)
August 17 – August 21

⚠️ Targeted to students planning to participate in robotics competitions.

Building upon the previous week, this course further enhances students' robotics competition capabilities.

Students will continue to:
• Optimize robot performance
• Debug and refine programming
• Conduct task simulations
• Train in competition strategies

The objective of the course is to help students comprehensively improve their technical skills and teamwork, ensuring they are fully prepared for the FLL competition.

Week 8: Dance & Performance Camp
August 24 – August 28

This week features popular K-pop dance and stage performance as its theme. Under the guidance of professional instructors, students will learn a complete K-pop dance choreography while progressively enhancing the following skills:

• Musical Rhythm and Dance Groove
• Body Coordination and Movement Control
• Facial Expressions and Stage Presence
• Formation Changes and Team Synergy
• Confident Self-Expression and Stage Confidence

The course will conclude with a K-pop Dance Showcase, where students will perform theircompleted peice, demonstrating their achievements from the week and gaining a sense of accomplishment and applause.

FAQ

Our Summer Camp is designed for students ages 7–12, generally those entering Grade 2 and above in September 2026.

For Weeks 6–7: LEGO Robotics Competition Training, the program is intended for students preparing for competition and may accept students up to age 13.

Camp hours are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

We also offer aftercare until 6:00 PM for an additional fee of $30 per week.

Lunch is not provided. Students should bring their own each day:

Every Friday, students will also enjoy Pizza Day.

Every Friday, the school will order pizza for students as part of the camp experience.
Each student will receive approximately 2–3 slices, and there is no extra charge for Pizza Day.

Weeks 6–7 are designed for students preparing to participate in the FIRST LEGO League (FLL) competition in October. This is a competition training program, not a recreational LEGO camp.

Students who are new to LEGO robotics are encouraged to join Week 4: Innovation Lab, which offers an introduction to basic engineering, building, and programming concepts.

Yes. Week 5 is a 4-day camp, so the tuition is priced differently from the regular 5-day weeks.

Students should bring:

  • school supplies

For outdoor activity days, students should also bring:

  • sun protection

If water play is scheduled, students should bring:

  • appropriate water-play clothing
  • a change of clothes
  • a towel

Yes. Each week includes one outdoor camp day.

Students may visit a nearby park for sports activities, outdoor games, and water play, depending on weather and weekly programming.
